This page lists server specific changes to the epic to make it more soloable:

  • Dread now has a 100% chance to drop the ball of clay.
  • Mountain Giant Patriarch now has a 95% spawn chance.
  • Doran Vargnus in Ocean of Tears now sells rebreathers.
  • Severilous is on a 30-45 min respawn timer and drops more loot.
  • Nagafen is on a 30-45 min respawn timer and drops more loot.
