Changes to the quest to make it less tedious:

• Advisor C`zatl always drops robe of the kedge.
• Coercer Q`ioul always drops her robe.
• The ghoul arch magus respawns every 5 min, has no placeholder, and has a 50% chance of dropping the robe.
• Vilnius is always up.
• Placeholders removed from kobold king, and he always drops his weapon.
• Placeholder removed from kobold champion, and he always drops painbringer.
• Karg always drops his weapon.
• Froglok king has no placeholders and always drops his weapon.

Changes to the weapon itself:

• Improved damage.
