Magician Epic

Changes made to make it more soloable:

• Power of Fire always drops.
• Power of Earth drop rate increased.
• Torn pages of elemental mastery drop rates increased from "a magician" in Najena.
• Pages of Magi'kot are now 100% drop from their NPCs.
• Burning embers are 100% drop
• Undertow has a 5 min respawn rate.
• Neh Ashiir has a higher chance of spawning from a black reaver, and always drops the torch. Captain of the Guard always spawns and will always drop the key to the reavers.
• Quillmane has a 25% chance of spawning when killing a lioness or an elephant calf in South Karana, and now always drops the cloak.
• Staff of Elemental Mastery: Earth now always drops from Magi P'tasa.
• Dirt of underfoot always drops.
• Shovel and Broom now drop more often.
• Tarbul spawns significantly more often.
• Staff of Elemental Mastery: Water always drops. And thank fuck for that. On vanilla if you got unlucky this may have taken literal months.

Changes to the weapon itself:

• Improved damage.
• Cast time reduced.
