Walkthrough

1. Lani Brightstar is sitting under a tent in the Gypsy Camp, she explains what's going on, but talking to her is optional.
2. Locate and kill Elnara Deepcloak to loot Mistmoore Missive.
3. Return to Lani Brightstar and hand her the missive to receive Annotated Missive.
4. Go to High Keep and locate Yene Tryll. She's in a room behind the fake wall painting 3 floors up. Hand her the Annotated Missive along with 1000 platinum. She hands you Forged Courier Document.
5. Go to Toxxulia Forest and hand it to Master Lyronis in a hut along the east river. He hands you Master Lyronis Bracelet.
6. Find a sea dragon (Toxxulia) and kill it. It paths around the big river between the entrance of Kerra Island and the south zone edge. It's huge, so when it comes into view, you'll definitely see it. Loot Sea Dragon Tooth.
7. Go to Kerra Island and locate a kerran amira priestess. There may be multiple ones up in the north west part of the zone. Hand her the Sea Dragon Tooth and Master Lyronis Bracelet. Receive Kerran Priestess Bracelet.
8. Return to Master Lyronis and hand him the Kerran Priestess Bracelet (which you'll get handed back).
9. Kill Vampire Lyronis and loot Mistmoore Personal Note. Should he despawn, you can pop him again with the bracelet.
10. Return to Lani Brightstar and hand her Mistmoore Personal Note and Kerran Priestess Bracelet. Receive Note to Kess.
11. Find Kess in the East Commonlands tunnels. Hand her Note to Kess, receive Forged Warrant.
12. Find Master Verloris in West Commonlands along the north zone wall. Hand him Forged Warrant, receive Kess Research.
13. Return to Lani Brightstar and hand her Kess Research. Receive Lani's Scrying Stone and Keystone Whereabouts.

Gatekeepers

Note: The gatekeepers have level 50 raid boss stats, and will drop multiple keystones. You can do this part of the quest with friends.

1. Go to Estate of Unrest and head into the basement chamber with the giant tentacle boss. There's a small alcove next to a ledge. Find Strange Portal in the alcove and give it Lani's Scrying Stone (which gets returned to you). Kill Undead Gatekeeper and loot Vampiric Undead Stone.
2. Go to Steamfont Mountains and head into the south part of Meldrath's Cave. Hand the strange portal it Lani's Scrying Stone and kill Mechanical Gatekeeper. Loot Vampiric Mechanical Stone.
3. Go to Plane of Sky. Find a strange portal in the windmill on the pegasus island. Hand it Lani's Scrying Stone and kill Elemental Gatekeeper. Loot Vampiric Elemental Stone.
4. Go to Lesser Faydark and find Lani Brightstar behind the crypt to the south west. Hand her the Undead, Mechanical, and Elemental stones along with Lani's Scrying Stone to complete the quest.

Note: The Keystone Whereabouts book can safely be destroyed when you've completed the quest.
